To properly create an estimate for repairs, they will evaluate the roof system and make recommendations for repairs to be completed.   Responsibilities Visit project sites at appointed times to thoroughly investigate the existing roof and site conditions. Locate any existing or potential problems with the roofing system. Complete a detailed report with photographs of the current site conditions to be used to complete repair estimates and plans for repairs.
