Assemblyman Must be mechanically inclined and have experience working in a mechanical, fabrication, assembly role, or like position. (Oil change, tire rotation, mechanic experience are all good)  Safely disassemble/reassemble transformers and evaluate quality of parts.  Able to follow instruction and work order process. Show the ability to work under pressure and elements throughout the day to day operation of an open shop environment. This could include but is not limited to helping to load/off load transformers, shop/yard maintenance, forklifts and hoists.  Perform other duties that support the business as needed.  Steel toed shoes and safety glasses are required as well as a workers own tools for all shop jobs.  Adhere to and follow safety practices that ensure a safe workplace.  Previous experience working in a mechanical field will be helpful.    Benefits 401K (matching program, 100% match on the first 4% contributed Cafeteria Style benefits plan that offers Medical Ins, Dental and Life Ins.  Medical Insurance, 3 Blue Cross plans, plus 2 cost sharing plans Dental by MetLife Life, Vision, Disability and Legal by Met LIfe Bonuses Monthly shop production bonuses (based on the shop hitting or exceeding monthly production goals) Annual Bonuses (Company shares percentage of profit with employees) Quarterly safety bonuses (safety bonuses given for no lost time in term of quarter) New Employee Trainee Program All employees in their first year receive raises at key milestones (upon hire, after 90 days and 1 year anniversary) Merit Increases Increases in pay are distributed each year based on employee merit/performance.
