Position: The role you would play on our Multi-disciplinary Team Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management Conduct assessments Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals Conduct parent training Consultation and collaboration with related service providers Conduct ongoing staff training and fidelity checks during supervision of BTs and RBTs Meet metrics established by ABA Director Ideal candidate has experience with: Independent clinical case management of a variety of clients Providing constructive feedback to staff Experience embedding goals in home, community and clinic settings Participation in continuing education for professional development to ensure best practice Using professional literature, evidence-based research and continuing education content to make data-based decisions Communicating clearly via email or verbally with families, coworkers, outside providers and funding sources Maintaining clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines Requirements: Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA Passing background screening and verification Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism Highlights for BCBAs at ICAN: Center based services primarily, with some home and community-based services - you are not stuck on the road all day, every day Collaboration with a number of different professionals - no need to waste time trying to reach someone, they are right there next to you!   As School Based Behavior Technicia n, you will work with a school team to provide behavior support to a student in a school setting. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a school-based BCBA and other school-based behavior technicians as a part of the Offsite Team. In this role you will get to collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to best support your client. You are also part of the larger ICAN team and get the opportunity to come together for Company events such as BBQ’s, company socials etc.   This job requires that applicants be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. It is also a requirement to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This position may require some local travel to visit children in their homes or schools. Finally, it is required to be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support.

The Behavior Technician position works one-on-one with clients gaining valuable experience in the fields of psychology, social work, OT, PT, and speech. ICAN utilizes the evidence-based treatment modality of Applied Behavior Analytic services. A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will be partnered with you to provide regular supervision and guidance. There is no direct experience of working with children on the autism spectrum required. Better yet, you will receive paid training that provides you with your Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
