Demonstrate and set an example for Peoples Bank Exceptional Customer Service delivery standards. Assess each customer's need to identify sales opportunities and expand relationships. Responsible for opening/maintaining of various deposit accounts and maintaining customer relationships. Provide efficient processing of customers' financial transactions to ensure their satisfaction with Peoples Bank services and to maintain accurate record keeping of accounts. Maintain product knowledge and apply skills taught in training. Support all Peoples Bank and Business Center goals, new initiatives and customer-focused sales culture.
