Machine Shop Supervisor 2nd shift

Machine Shop Supervisor:

The Machine Shop Supervisor role with Brad Foote Gear Works is a second shift position M-F (2pm - 10pm).  The Supervisor will develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling, and machine capabilities.  This position is responsible of coordinating production times and staffing requirements to ensure on-time delivery for our gearing machine shop operations. Requirements include experience in a high precision machine shop with knowledge of milling, turning, griding, cutting; demonstrated leadership skills; ability to read and thoroughly understand blueprints; experience with lean manufacturing concepts; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
