Job Description

CLAIMS INVESTIGATOR

Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time available.  New York Metro Area

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Obtain written or recorded statements from witnesses, claimants, and involved parties
  • Conduct neighborhood canvasses and interviews
  • Perform site investigations
  • Obtain records, including court records, medical records, police reports, etc.
  • Preserving evidence
  • Prepare written reports and provide updates to supervisors and clients

Who We’re Looking For:

  • MUST have a personal registered and insured vehicle, which must be maintained
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while handling an assigned case diary independently
  • Foreign language speaking a plus
  • A willingness to learn

SURVEILLANCE INVESTIGATOR

  • Conduct undercover investigations
  • Gain experience in using covert video-recording technology
  • Conduct neighborhood canvasses, interviews, and activity checks
  • Stream and upload video evidence
  • Prepare written reports and provide updates to supervisors and clients
