Job Summary: The Retention Customer Service Representative supports 1&1 IONOS customers via inbound calls, chats and email. Responsibilities of the position include sales of products and services, responding to account & billing queries, conducting customer retention and retaining customers, processing cancellations and assisting with account management, and basic technical support.
