As a Senior Analytics Consultant on Federal projects you will be an expert working with key partners in development of cutting edge content that will eventually be marketed to the broader client base for two Analytic solutions, HealtheEDW and HealtheAnalytics. As a part of content development, you will participate in and conduct training, troubleshooting, documentation and consultation efforts, ensuring the partner(s) understand the makeup of the content and how to use it, and that future clients and consultants will be able to easily understand and implement. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
-At least 7 years of work experience with operational, clinical, financial or healthcare metrics
Go through and be able to pass a Public Trust government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications: Not mandatory, but gets you closer to securing the position
At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales, or consulting work experience
At least 2 years of SQL work experience
At least 2 years of claims experience
At least 5 years of analytics work experience
Expectations
-Willing to travel up to 60% as needed (once work travel starts back up)
-Must be located in, or willing to relocate to Kansas City by March 2021. A relocation package of at least $5,000 will be given before you move.
-If relocation isn’t an option, remote/virtual work with higher travel may be negotiated.

Pay: $120,000’s - $140,000’s per year
