Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist provides support to the Workforce Management Team by sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants, posting jobs on job boards and participating in marketing and recruiting events when needed.

WHAT DOES THE SOURCING SPECIALIST DO?

• Utilizes various resources to source candidates for specific job openings.
• Initiates contact with candidates to determine whether or not they would be a good fit for open jobs.
• Assigns potential candidates onboarding documents to begin the application process.
• Works closely with the On-site Employee Relations Leader/Site Performance Leader to remain aligned with the headcount requirements and skill sets needed to fill open jobs.
• Updates applicant tracking system with detailed notes on candidates to allow for faster searching capabilities by Recruiters.
• On occasion, would need to post positions on various recruiting sites.
• Will spend majority of the work day on the phone with candidates.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED;
• 2+ years strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone; sourcing, staffing or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills
• Bi-lingual preferred
