  1. Provider Services Agent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Influential skills with a proven ability overcome objections
  • Ability to interact with customers, members and others in a professional manner
  • Provides good follow through and is comfortable being persistent
  • Responds to all inbound calls and making outbound calls with a high standard of service
  • Ensure cases are accurately documented in Salesforce.com and updated in a timely manner
  • Continuously evaluate and seek opportunities to drive process improvements and exemplary customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • HS Diploma/GED Required, Associates degree is highly preferred.
  • Preferred inside sales experience in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of meeting goals
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
  • Excellent persuasion skills with the ability to excel in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to perform in a competitive fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability
  • Superior rapport and relationship building skills with powerful customer focus
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Salesforce. com experience helpful

Compensation and Benefits

        Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance and retirement 401k. Base $17.00 with bonus opportunity. 

 

  1. MEMBER ADVOCATE

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with the passion, drive, energy and positive attitude to be a top performer. The Member Advocate is expected to provide excellent customer service, educate the member on what to expect for their upcoming scans, and/or assist the member with all aspects of the scheduling process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Following the correct Inbound/outbound script during call.

Ensure authorizations are accurately documented in Sales force and updated in a timely manner.

Ability to remain professional and courteous while being persuasive, with the goal of convincing members to use low cost facilities as sites of service.

Review what to expect for their scan with the member and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have (Ex. driving directions or benefit information)

Document all call information accurately on the authorization/Redirect and follow up with the member when necessary.

Meet all performance metrics set in place on the weekly scorecard (Month to date on time percentage, QA, average schedules per day, unavailable percentage at and away from desk, and adherence).

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED equivalent is required; Associates degree is highly preferred

1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish common goals

Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks as well as working scheduled shift

Strong work ethics and ability to handle confidential information

Demonstrate attention to detail

Influencing and persuasiveness skills

 

MEMBER SERVICES AGENT

 

US Imaging is looking for self-motivated individuals with the passion, drive, energy, and positive attitude to be a top performer. You will be part of our VIP Concierge Scheduling team and will speak with our clients to schedule their imaging procedures at one of our 2,200 freestanding facilities across the United States.

The Member Services Agent is expected to provide excellent customer service, educate the member on what to expect for their upcoming scans, and/or assist the member with all aspects of the scheduling process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a high standard of service for all inbound and outbound calls to customers

Ensure cases are accurately documented in the system and updated in a timely manner

Confidentially verify member eligibility and medical information

Act as the primary liaison with physician offices and other providers

Provide accurate, polite and prompt assistance Educate new members on the value of US Imaging services and program

Schedule appointments efficiently and conveniently for our members

Manage all cases requiring follow-up, including measuring member satisfaction

Continuously evaluate and seek opportunities to drive process improvements and exemplary customer service

Drive new business and revenue for the company; meet and exceed goals

Perform other duties as assigned in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferable in a call center environment

Demonstrated attention to detail

Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus

Proficient with Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.)

Reliable and dependable in performing job related tasks as well as adhering to scheduled shift
