The Warehouse Coordinator works on a team responsible for receiving and allocating inventory throughout the warehouse. This includes windows, doors and building materials. The Warehouse Coordinator will work with our Install Partners and their crews daily to make sure they are equipped for the day ’ s needs and projects. This position will coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure the supply chain process is moving and adjusting to company needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team Unload and load stock:windows, doors, siding material, roofing material, etc. Create and sustain working relationships with vendors Inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs Must be able to lift 50+ pounds often Utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock as needed throughout Warehouse Attend meetings with Project Services staff Work with leadership to track and coordinate project margins, profitability, etc through data entry and inventory management Ensure all materials used in the installation process meet company standards, and in the case of any defect or quality concern, is responsible for determining what steps are necessary to meet compliance/quality standards Completes various administrative tasks as needed. Job Duties Quickly and accurately receives, processes, and stores incoming product shipments. Ensures shipments are inspected and damages or shortages are noted on trucking company delivery documents. Initiates freight claim procedure when necessary. Checks incoming delivery contents against the packing list to verify accurate and full delivery. Prepares the receiving reports and notes any shortages, damages, or overages. Promptly reports any discrepancies to supervisors. Verifies vendor part number and Johnstone stock number for all incoming products. Determines proper bin number and/or location of incoming products. Stores incoming products in proper location according to bin number or product sequence. Select products from inventory to fill customer orders. Prepares, packs, and scans (as appropriate), and stages products for inter-store transfer and customer pick-up and delivery in accordance with established standards (e.g. hazardous materials). Ensures that packaging is sufficient to avoid damage. Processes documentation necessary to ship inter-store transfers and customer orders, including bills of lading, packing lists, small parcel manifests and other necessary documents. Loads delivery vehicles and assists customers with will call pickups. Processes customer returns. Ensures returns are in sellable condition per company policy. Verifies that warranty paperwork has been properly and neatly filled out. Initiates warranty return process, and stages product in warranty area. Performs periodic cycle counting on assigned items in order to keep accurate records of inventory. Verifies actual counts of stock against computerized records. Investigates and reports discrepancies. Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness of warehouse. Ensures that aisles are free of potential hazards. Reports unsafe conditions to management. Operates hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment safely and in accordance with organizational procedures. Monitors equipment and promptly reports any safety or maintenance concerns to supervisors. Always wear protective equipment according to company policies and procedures. Accesses Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as needed and when appropriate. Maintains required hazardous materials, forklift, and other internal and external certifications.   Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma / GED required OR equivalent combination of education and experience Valid Driver's License Clean driving record   Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic computer skills, including knowledge and skill in the use of inventory management systems and office software (e.g. Email programs, Internet browsers) Basic math skills sufficient to manage inventory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for organizing and identifying products and communicating with coworkers. Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 pounds. Skill in the operation of heavy equipment, including delivery vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Strict attention to detail    

Warehouse Operator Responsible for maintaining all daily production and shipping to meet Logistics requirements. Warehouse Operators will support all warehouse operations including finished goods conversion, receiving and shipping of finished goods and packaging components, packaging material handling and any other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Must have the ability to read, understand and perform the work instructions in all operations. • Perform all tasks required to package product in order to meet customer specifications. • Store, retrieve, count, label and record all parts and assemblies and perform any other warehouse tasks. • Load and unload trucks. • Pack and unpack cartons. • Must have the ability to set up and operate all packaging machines. Pick up and deliver goods throughout the plant and transport materials within and between departments as required. • Ability to occasionally carry up to 50lbs. without the use of mechanical lifting devices. • Ability to operate a forklift on a limited basis Required Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Skills and Experience: • Familiarity with SAP (or comparable system) and basic computer skills preferred. • Ability to work within UPS Worldship, Fedex, DHL, Pitney-Bowes shipping software, international paperwork. • Familiar with shipping procedures both electronic and hard copy       Production Operator Production Operator I will be expected to perform a combination of the following in a clean room work environment.  Store, retrieve, assemble, and clean molds Load and unload ovens Operate mill and extruders to manufacture preform Operate presses, de-flash and inspect parts as necessary to ensure highest quality. Set up and finish trim parts Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and other measurement tools as required Store, retrieve, assemble, and clean molds for production Operate assigned mill/extruder/press machines Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s and SPCs to meet or exceed quality and production standards Record all information on GT data collection system as required Maintaining the production environment clean, tidy, and safe, including free of harmful elements. Rotate through at least two operations to maintain annual certifications. Required Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications:  High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Skills and Experience: Must have the ability to learn and perform department tasks in a team-oriented environment.  Must have the ability to read, understand and perform work per the relevant work instructions.  Must be able to effectively operate equipment, execute process steps, prepare raw and semi-finished material, and inspect product during manufacturing stage. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Familiarity with SAP (or comparable system) and basic computer skills desired. Strong work ethic and teamwork, willingness to learn new tasks, quality and safety mindset, maintain organized workplace, computer capable. Ability to reach 50% of certification of Chemraz production line skill sets, as follows: milling, extrusion, cutting to length, mold handle, molding, line pull, post cure, finishing, purification, packaging, slurry, and cleaning molds.
