The Facilities Territory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the physical maintenance and operation of their Territory locations including combined sales and delivery, and warehouse spaces, and Branch locations. They are responsible for the local management of all Power Fleet programs and Power Fleet. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of all territory locations including repairs and housekeeping.   Install, maintain, or move different pieces of equipment around the office. Actively communicate with relevant parties at HQ and territory leadership. Identify, manage and maintain agreements with local service providers. Handle daily communications between Power and Property Management Manage territory physical security systems and badge printing Seek to establish and maintain budgets for the ongoing operations for their territory. Assist in managing logistics, including storage, of territory property, supplies and materials inventory. Provide assistance with local events Work closely with the Business Affairs Department to assist them with initiatives, interviews, and front desk administration. Monitor the Facilities Ticket Queue Assist Fleet Team with Drivers Training and monitoring and enforcement of driver safety programs Fleet Administration and Communication for insurance card updates, Fleet management vendor communications, Gas Card/EZ Pass/Traffic Violations, and driver documentation and management Other projects as assigned by Management. CORE COMPETENCIES: Must be a go-getter, be extremely organized, and able to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously. Must be able to work well in a team environment, excel at research and be problem-solution focused. Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or technical school and relevant prior work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read and apply micrometer, caliper, gages, and tape measure. Ability to perform required maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance and lubrication of all equipment. Ability to run all maintenance machineries such as drill presses and bench grinders. Ability to read mechanical blueprints. Ability to drive a forklift and overhead cranes. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently. Ability to stand and walk for 8-16 hour shifts, and the ability to walk, stoop, climb, kneel, crawl, and bend frequently. Ability to work in an environment without climate control. Ability to work overtime and/or various shifts. REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and associate degree or certificate in industrial maintenance, or at least 4 years of relevant maintenance experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to read shop signs and instructions and collaborate with team members. Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in working on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, rebuilding gear boxes, bearings, and conveyor systems. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in operating a variety of hand and portable power tools as well as machine shop tools.
