Our Patient Advocate Call Center is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Patient Account Representative to join our team and continue providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
What you can expect:
Activate new payment plans
Add charges to existing payment plans
Set up onetime and recurring monthly payments
Answer questions concerning payments, problem solve to find ways to help patients stay current with their payments
Follow up on past due accounts
Walk patients through our online portal and explain how to use it, and trouble shoot any technical issues
What you bring:
Passionate about helping the patient
Experience in medical billing
Proficient in computer software and technology
Good with Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
High time management and organizational skills
Ability to sit in front of a computer for long hours every day
