Assist the Lead/Supervisor of the department with the management of the workflow, ensuring quality of products and timeliness of work. Workflows responsibilities include: Printing sales flyers and materials for picture day Printing, laminating and finishing ID cards Printing and framing wide format prints Operating book bindery equipment Lift 40 pounds or more to move books, paper, etc. Maintain a positive, professional attitude. Must be approachable and reliable. Ensure the quality of work meets expectations Work the required number of hours of employment. This is a production environment based on providing products to schools. As such turnaround time is important, overtime/weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines. Opportunities to earn overtime may also be available by learning different workflows/equipment. Perform any auxiliary functions requested by a Supervisor or Management. Minimum Requirements for a Print Floor Operator:   High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high paced environment Proficiency with computers with a strong ability to process information in multiple systems at the same time Ability to work both independently and within a team to complete projects IMPORTANT : This position is seasonal as it is in sync with the school calendar. The Digital Imaging/Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the production, processing and quality of picture products that are sold to the customer. The Digital Imaging/Data Entry Specialist will be trained and assigned to a specific department based on their strengths and the positions that need to be filled. They will have to handle a range of responsibilities involving data and image processing.    Pay rates start at $15.00 an hour based on experience  Full Time and Part Time positions are available. Day and Night shift employees are wanted. Night/Part Time positions will not start until mid-August. Full Time Day Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, some weekends may be required. Hours may be adjusted depending on the needs of the company.  Part Time Night Shift: 5:00pm to 10:00pm Hours may be adjusted depending on the needs of the company Candidates for Digital Imaging/Data Entry Specialist MUST:   Have full knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Word, and Excel Be able to work independently in fast paced environment Have effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with management and other team members Must be able to prioritize and manage the workflow of multiple projects Be able to sit for long periods in front of computers. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in customer retention by answering questions related to order status and assisting with the resolution of issues. This position will be responsible for answering customer emails, chats and phone calls throughout the day, primarily related to order status and resolution of issues. The representative will need to handle customer contacts with a professional and respectful attitude. They will be required to perform auxiliary tasks to help process customer orders when necessary. Representatives will need to be able to be self-motivated and must able to work alone and as part of a team.  Pay rates start at $15.00 an hour based on experience  Full Time and Part Time positions are available.
