We then back up our reliability with industry leading customer support. As the Sr VP of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for creating and curating that industry leading customer support experience within the Fiber-to-the-Home space.
To bring that program to life you will start by understanding our customers’ wants and needs and then work to create and execute against a roadmap to bring that desired experience to life. As you do this you will lead large organizations within side the company’s customer contact center and work with other teams to ensure that we provide the right customer communication streams and customer education services.
Key to success will be to focuses on the team member’s development and training, the design and implementation of the right processes, and then the utilization of the proper tools and technologies to automate and improve the customer experience.
