Little Rae’s of Sunshine is a modern nanny recruiting agency rooted in warmth, integrity, and intentional care. We specialize in thoughtfully matching families with exceptional in-home caregivers based on personality alignment, caregiving style, and shared values. Founded by a former nanny with a deep understanding of the caregiving profession, we aim to make the process of hiring or becoming a nanny as seamless, respectful, and fulfilling as possible.
We go beyond traditional placement by offering holistic assessments, family handbooks, and long-term support to ensure lasting, positive matches. As we grow, our vision includes building a nationwide community of caregivers, offering professional development opportunities, and supporting alternative education and childcare models such as nanny-sharing, in-home learning pods, and Montessori-informed micro daycares.
Whether you're an experienced nanny, a college student studying early childhood education, or a compassionate individual with a heart for children, we welcome you into a community that truly values your role in a child’s development and a family’s life.
