Experienced Attorney

Our growing, fast-paced, firm has an immediate opening for results-oriented experienced litigation attorney for its Coral Gables office.

Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with available support from management team; must have excellent communication and writing skills. Should have minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of experience.

Candidate will become an integral part of a collaborative culture with extended support from a large dedicated team of staff and associate supporting attorneys. Candidate will focus on management of caseload, direction of supporting attorney(s) and staff, case strategy, client communication, and attendance at dispositive hearings and trial.

The firm handles homeowners’ cases from the claim reporting stage all the way through appeal, if necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
2. Minimum 4 to 5 years of first party and/or third-party insurance litigation experience. Experience in other areas of litigation will be considered.
3. Federal Court admission required.
4. Must be bilingual – Spanish and/or Creole.
