Presenting to Business Partners daily progress on opened Workbooks and NCR’s.
Communicating actions made and deliverables based on project objectives.
Planning daily and weekly deliverables, workbooks and NCRs.
Keeping track of KPIs and Reporting during daily Management meeting.
Checking priorities related to production requirements.
Facilitate production of short time workbooks by coordinating between the different departments involved.
Leading and coaching collaborators to ensure that schedules are respected.
Buying off closed Workbooks and NCRs
Keep documentation up to date and update databases.
Report regularly to program managers check priorities or inform on changes.
Build up on previous experiences and work with the Production Supervisor on improvement and best practices.
Resolve conflicts within the production team
Significant experience as an Aircraft Manager or extended experience as a Production Supervisor or Methods Engineer.
Deep knowledge of Aircraft manufacturing machinery tools and techniques
Advanced skills in MS Office
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve conflict
Project management and planning skills
Bachelor Degree in aircraft engineer; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
