Job description: Due to consistent growth, ClearBridge is in need of Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s) which are critical to the success of our continued growth. We are looking for both entry level and experienced sales people who are looking for an exciting career, a great culture, and the ability to make six figure incomes. BDM’s responsibilities will include cold calling, researching accounts and building relationships with technology & business leaders ranging from Managers through CXO’s. BDM’s will utilize various techniques including cold calling, client meetings, client entertainment, joining professional organizations, and other methods to build relationships and close business across fortune 1000 accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a hunter, self-starter, possess a high-energy level and have experience penetrating complex corporate organizations. Must be willing to travel to client sites across the U.S. and utilize cold calling techniques to identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and close business.
