Permitting Coordinator

The Permit Coordinator is responsible for processing permits and scheduling inspections for residential and commercial roofing projects. Ensures all permit application information is correct and all necessary documents are submitted along with the permit. Ensures all in progress and final inspections are completed and passed. Works closely with building departments, inspectors, and our production team.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Work with our coordination team to assemble all required documents by city and county, to apply for a permit through city and county websites.
• Track permit applications and follow the process once the approved permit is received.
• Schedule and coordinate with our production team, building departments, and inspectors for the in-progress and final inspections required by cities and counties.
• Assist and communicate with our team members and customers on the status of permits and inspections.
• Check all project reports to ensure we have all photos required by the county and city in which the project took place.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour - Negotiable
