- 100+ Dials a day on our state of the art software that connects you with superior integration. Makes dialing a breeze! 

- Contact and quote all leads provided. 

- Perfect the art of the cross sale! One on one coaching provided. 

- Collaborate with District Staff & Management to achieve sales targets and operational goals. 

**Requirements:** 

- Proven experience in sales. 

- Insurance Producer License 

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills. 

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation. 

- Bilingual is a plus.
