What This Role Really Looks Like 

• You’ll be outdoors, meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and having real conversations. 
• You’ll need to stay organized, follow a process, and manage your pipeline. 
• You’ll face rejection — and you’ll need to bounce back quickly. 
• You’ll be trained step-by-step, but you must be willing to learn and apply feedback.

What You’ll Do: 

• Perform roof inspections (training provided) 
• Educate homeowners on damage, insurance, and restoration options 

• Guide clients through the process with professionalism and clarity 
• Work closely with production to ensure a smooth customer experience
