Job description:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are averaging 50-60 calls per day with existing or prospective customers.  Your role is to act as an extension of the clients you represent.  Your rockstar trainers will teach you how to:

  • Navigate multiple systems
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM
  • Leverage conversations across multiple talking points
  • Regularly meet performance metrics for your future success

 

What the trainers need from you on day 1 is:

  • A positive attitude
  • Great communication skills- written and verbal
  • A genuine love for talking to others on the phone
  • A strong ability to embrace change (even more so during a pandemic and in a remote work environment)
  • A strong comfort level of multitasking (specifically typing while navigating multiple systems and carrying a pleasant conversation)

 

Our client is looking for individuals who are truly passionate about growing roots.  As you commit to invest your time and effort as an employee, they are proven to be committed to growing your professional skills as a means to support your personal goals.  After 90 days, you will become permanent and eligible for:

  • 100% coverage for basic medical and dental
  • PTO of 15 days (an additional 5 days added for every 5 years worked there)

Hours: This office is open 365 days per year from 6am-10pm (shifts vary and rotate)

Compensation: $16-17/hr ($18/hr is fluent in Spanish)

Assignment Length: 90 days for eligibility to become permanent

Training: 3 weeks (cannot miss any time in training)

Rotating Regular Schedule: 10-7, 11-8, 12-9 with rotating days off Tues/Wed, Thurs/Fri, Sat/Sun- rotates every 4 weeks

***Customer service testing is required for this position.

  • Maintain data files accurately.
  • Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Contact authors of source documents to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data.
  • Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.
  • Maintain records of work completed.
  • Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlogging.
  • Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.
  • Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases.
  • Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Perform administrative duties such as operating office equipment or data filing as required.
