As a Federal Documentation Quality Consultant you will conduct documentation reviews for overall quality and adherence to internal best practices and federal compliance standards, including Section 508, across elements such as organization, terminology, formatting and visuals. You will provide training, feedback and suggested revisions to authors responsible for creating federal documentation to improve documentation quality and compliance You will also author technical documentation for internal projects, such as user and training manuals. You will use your expertise to collaborate with leadership to develop and document standards, processes and tools for technical documentation that meet or exceed federal documentation compliance standards. You will educate and mentor stakeholders on standards, processes and tools for federal documentation and provide expertise to resolve documentation issues and questions.
