What We Are Looking For

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Corporate Business Development Center in the brand new Customer Service Sales Lead Role. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers who are interested in a new/pre-owned vehicles. Your self-managed daily tasks will include creating appointments for customers to meet with one of our sales professionals, responding to lead inquiries via phone, text and email.

Our focus is to change the customer perspective when it comes to buying a vehicle online. By using an innovative approach to how we interact with different leads we can build an unforgettable customer experience. In order to achieve that goal we are looking for team members that are outgoing, personable and willing to learn.

We are currently looking for individuals to join our April/May hiring classes.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and texting in a professional manner
  • Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/ used cars sales presentations
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment
  • Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel
  • Complete outbound phone calls as assigned by the BDC Leadership
  • Attend mandatorytraining as requested by BDC Leadership

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Customer Relationship experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience utilizing multiple forms of communication
  • The understanding that this is a phone-based position (don’t worry, we promise to make it fun!)
  • Software and technology proficient
  • You are a self-starter
  • You are willing to be a team player, we celebrate each other’s success
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Professional appearance
  • Fluency in written/verbal English, bilingual (verbal & written) is a strong plus.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Multiple shifts available Monday - Saturday
  • 2 week mandatory training
