Required Skills/Abilities
Access to a smartphone with access to the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting.
Reliable transportation, (must own your own car.)
Honesty and integrity.
Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to obtain a Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License.
Ability to react appropriately in high-stress situations.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior public safety and/or military experience preferred.
Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) card (or plans on obtaining one).
Knowledge of security protocols and equipment.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to conduct regular walking foot patrols.
Able to stand 8-12 hours a day.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
