The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to support company growth. This role focuses on high-volume outreach, building relationships with candidates, and guiding drivers through the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding. Key responsibilities include generating leads through inbound and outbound calls, evaluating driver qualifications, and ensuring all candidates meet company and regulatory requirements. The recruiter will maintain consistent communication with applicants, provide accurate job information, and drive candidates to complete the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Prior recruiting, sales, or transportation experience is helpful, but success in this role ultimately comes down to the ability to connect with people and follow a proven process.
