  Roofing Sales Representative   Location: DFW | Austin | Central Texas Employment Type: Full-Time   Compensation: Commission-Based (Competitive Rates)   Reliability. Relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company that prioritizes culture, quality, and integrity.   Key Responsibilities   ● Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and assess needs   ● Educate customers on roofing options and the sales/insurance process   ● Generate leads through field outreach, networking, and referrals   ● Prepare and present professional proposals   ● Guide customers from signed agreement to job completion   ● Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth job flow   ● Maintain follow-up for continued customer satisfaction and referrals     What We're Looking For   ● Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience preferred – but we will train the right candidate   ● Highly self-motivated and able to work independently   ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   ● Strong work ethic and personal integrity   ● Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and in-person appointments   ● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation     We Offer   ● Competitive, commission-based compensation (no cap)   ● Full support and training for new reps   ● A team-oriented culture where your voice is heard   ● Growth opportunities into leadership and management roles   ● Flexibility and autonomy in your workday     Why Work With Us?   We don’t just fix roofs — we build trust.
