Under the supervision of the Manager, Account Executive, Production Assistant; onsite positions are the face of Taste Catering and Event Planning. These positions represent Taste in the highest professional standards and consistently contribute to the team.
Ø Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ø Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly
Ø Meet Taste hygiene and appearance standards.
Ø Demonstrates a solid work ethic
Ø Arrive on time, in proper uniform and ready to work.
Ø Efficiently complete set-up duties
Ø Consistent contributing team member
Ø Attend staff meeting
Ø Listen to Manager communicate timeline and special instructions
Ø Understand job assignments
Ø Ask questions when unsure about anything
Ø Contribute to the organization of onsite equipment
Ø Handle equipment and property with care, including rental equipment
Ø Take direction from Managers and aim for an efficient breakdown
Ø Complete all duties before signing out
Ø Return loaned uniform items at the end of every shift
Ø Treat co-workers with dignity and respect
